How to hide the Offer Letter link in Job Offer notification for Hiring Manager only and in-application actions related to Offer.
By removing View Job Offer (ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER), cause Job Offer notification to be blank for Hiring Manager. The hiring manager is part of the approval workflow for Job Offer, but should not be able to access the actual offer, as the offer contains Salary & Compensation info, which should not be visible and/or accessible to HM.
