(CX4U) Links from Utility Account navigating to Digital Sales pages instead of Redwood Sales

Hi,

Please redirect me to the proper category if Sales is not the correct one as this is for the Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U).


We are implementing CX4U for a customer.
In the Utility Accounts, the links that are supposed to navigate the users to the CX Sales objects like Accounts and Opportunities are redirecting the users to the Digital Sales (older implementation of VBS) instead of Redwood Sales (newer version of VBS).

For example, when we click on "View Account Details" (screenshot attached), we are redirected to the Digital Sales UI. Same for clicking on Leads and Opportunities (screenshot attached).
