Recruiting - Hiring team custom member mandatory

Hello

We would like to add our BPs as a hiring team member mandatory.

But by default Oracle makes "Hiring Manager and Recruiter" only.

We created a Collaborator type lookup "ORA_IRC_COLLABORATOR_RESP_TYPE"

But still need it to be made mandatory/required to input the BP there. Best if enabled by default as well

is it possible?

note:
1-Page composer does allow make "Add collaborator Type" mandatory, BUT you select one and it goes back to blank therefore enters ina. loop and crashes the page, unable to leave.

2-All of this because we want the Business partner to be part of the approval.. but as of now it is not viewing information on the BPM approval, due to security.. we would need to give admin security in order to view before it is approved OR add him/her as a collaborator type.
