CDM - How to enable 'Merge' option on redwood Accounts landing page

In Classic UI, it is possible to expose an action 'Merge' on the Accounts landing page, so sales users can use it and send merge requests by selecting 2 or more records.
This option is not available in redwood by default and the profile options changes didn't help. How to enable this for redwood UI?
