Individual compensation data is not moving from ORC to Core HR
Hi Team,
When we create the offer for external candidates, we will mention Individual compensation plans, once the candidate accepts the offer, the candidate will move to the HR phase.
In the Pending worker stage: When we are converting pending worker to worker if we don’t enable or if we don’t view the ‘Compensation’ section then data is not flowing to core HR
If we enable or view this section then only data is flowing to core HR but Clients doesn’t want to view any salary-related information while converting by any user.
Please let me know is this system behavior or any workaround for this
