Hiring manager is not able to preview or download offer letter

Summary: Hiring manager clicks on the URL in notification (Bell) icon, we’re receiving “Approval request For Job Offer” screen. After clicking on “Offer Letter letter’ hyperlink for Offer Letter field, Hiring manager is not able to load the offer letter with below error message.

Also, tried Hiring manager to preview offer letter by following Navigation: My team>Hiring> application> offer letter, still same error message

Error message: "Something went wrong. Try again later"
