How to make a Choice list as Read only field once the value is populuated?

Hello,

How can we make a Choice list type as Read Only field in the CDM UI?

Consider, this Choice List has two values as 'YES' or 'NO'. If a user selects this value as "YES" then the system should make this field as Read only field in UI so that user cannot toggle this fields to "NO"/Blank again.

Can you please let me know how can we achieve this?
