FBDI and ADfdi for Historical Daily Rates uploaded successfully but rates dont appear in the system

Summary:

While importing FBDI for historical daily rates, process ends successfully. Yet for major currency such as USD, EUR and ILS, we can't see the rates that been imported.

Same thing happens in ADFDI for daily rates. rows reported as "Succesfully uploaded" but we can't find them in the system.
