edited Nov 8, 2024 5:00PM in Workforce Management

Summary:

Hello experts

We have a requirement where the employee after a global transfer keep the balance gained.

We follow the documentation provided in this doc:
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/24b/amg-24b/24B-absence-mgmt-wn-f32305.htm

We add the lookup code mandatory provided in this doc:
https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/wfm/releases/20D/20D-wf-mgmt-wn.htm#F15347

Aditionaly we configure the formula provided in this doc:
https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/8958359f48

But the balance shown a different value, before, during and after the tranfer, in the doc you can see the behaivour and the plan configuration

Howdy, Stranger!
