High Volume number of Inventory Organization Scalability and Performance issue

Summary:

Dear all, We currently having requirement approximately 5000+ inventory organizations to be implemented and assigned to Item Master business may have 1milion items in master org (1*6000) will be the combinations

We would like to know what problems we may encounter when including such a large number of organizations in the system. Can you help me understand what the possible impacts of having a large number of inventory organizations in planning and How many SKU's Oracle Support ?
