Is it possible to secure people search when reassigning Journey task

Hi,

I am curious if it is possible to apply security to the Person search when someone is reassigning a Journey. In my testing, I have confirmed in Person Management that I cannot search for employees above a certain Job Level. However, when I am reassigning a Journey task, I am able to search for those employees above that Job Level and assign the task to them.

Is it expected that, whoever has the access to Reassign a Journey task should also be able to reassign the task to anyone in the organization? This is not ideal for my current implementation.
