Default value in the Organization when creating a requisition based on the position

Hi All,

We are trying to write an Autocomplete Rule to automatically set the default value in the Organization field based on the Structure in Position when creating a Job Requisition.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to write this, or does anyone know what might be missing from our current rule?
