Oracle Journeys Electronic Signature - Make Required so People DO NOT SKIP SIgning.

Recently implemented Oracle Journeys for On boarding. Using electronic signatures for multiple documents, but we are noticing that after a candidate selects
"view document" they do not really have to sign, the done action opens up for them to close out that task. OR, lets say they do sign, if they do not select "View signed document" their signature never actually floods over to that document. So now running into the issue where the purpose of electronic signature is useless compared to just having them fill out the document and upload. Are there any known solutions for this?
