Listening Delete Event triggers in OIC

Summary:

While we were configuring Subscription to OIC integration, where OIC listens to all the changes in the subscription side like Create/Update/Delete. We tested out the below scenario and didn't have a delete event triggered in OIC. Could any one please help us with this?

1. Created a subscription record in draft stage through API

2. Deleted the subscription records in the UI.

Ideally we expected the delete event trigger from the adapter in OIC. However it didn't.
