Hello experts,

we made some changes on the Alternate Approvers by adding new rows or replacing some alternate approvers display name with others.

We run the refresh plan process, full refresh but nothing is changed. The same occurs when we change from Always Approve to Approve when all managers submit first.

Do you know if the above settings can be updated when the plan is open? If so, how can I make these changes effective?
