Engage blank email not received
Hello there
I have downloaded and configured Engage as per the documentation steps.
I tried to do a Blank email test*; inserted companies' test email addresses, added a subject line, wrote some email text, and hit Send. I did not get any error whatsoever, though the emails have not reached the inboxes, despite seeing green check-marks on all test email addresses as successfully sent out. Do you have any suggestion what can be possibly wrong?
*Sent from email address / Email Reply-To Address are properly set for my account/user (i am an admin) in Users and Security > Signature Fields
