How do you edit/remove the buttons at bottom of Redwood Sales UI

Hello!

We are implementing Redwood Sales and are looking to see if we can edit/remove these buttons at the bottom of the Dashboard and other screens.

We won't need Leads, Deal Registrations, and would like to replace them with other options.

Is there a way to change these?
