I want to refer to the owner's department on the opportunity details screen

I would like to see the owner's department on the opportunity details screen.

I tried verifying it with the opportunity formula, but there is no department information among the resources.

Also, although there is a department in the user profile, this information is displayed for the logged in user, not the owner.

Is there any way to resolve this?
