How to hide context value field in goal creation

Summary:

Since the 24D update the field 'Context Value' displays when an employee tries to create a goal (see pic):

I went to Manage DFFs but the context value was marked as hidden already (see pic) and then I went into VBS to find the field to hide it, it didn't appear where all of the goal attributes were (see pic)!

Any help and guidance on this issue would be great!
