Does Redwood for learning need to be enabled for Learning Admin pages to view and moderate ratings

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood for Learning for Self Service and My Team Learning pages but not yet enabled it for the Learning Admin Pages (My Client Groups > Learning).

I have found the below idea, however the 24D readiness materials suggest that admin users can now moderate ratings and conceal the identity of learners who have rated the learning.

Can anyone advise how this is possible for the admin users to view and moderate ratings?
