Need bypass code or one time MFA to access my cloud account

Summary:

I am trying to access my cloud account. I reset my password and in order to log in the page is asking for a bypass code. I tried alternate login methods but they have not been setup. I also accessed the chat on: and the support person on the chat wanted the credit card number that was used to create the account. Since I not longer have that card, I could not provide those details and hence the support person suggested to ask the question here.
