Identify the Oracle users having assigned some roles but have are actually not using that role.

Hi All,

We have a requirement to identify the users who have been assigned with a list of roles but those users have not actually used that role in last 12 months.

for example - Its been a year client is live on oracle cloud.

A user has a role which enables him to create the expense reports, but that user has not submitted any expense report in oracle fusion. We need to identify such users and analyze if the user really needed that role or role can be revoked.

Any inputs are really appreciated.
