Creating Legal entity Geeting error because of customization

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): While creating a Legal entity few filed is not enabled like: Legal Address, Legal Reporting Unit filed Registration Number, EIN or TIN and this three is required field. And filed is not enable. Attached screenshot for your references. please help me out

  • I have tried to achieve this requirement from page composer but under page composer page we I am clicking on structure getting bellow error
  • HCM design studio i dint does not get object name (Legal entity)
