Can Additional Rule Conditions Be Added to the User-Defined Holds Rules Template?

I am reviewing the 24D Release 'User-Defined Holds on Payables Invoices' and I am wondering if there is a way to add additional Rule Conditions to the dropdown list. Or is there any way to evaluate a value in a field that is not currently offered in the dropdown list?
