I have a question about how Eloqua is billed.

I was wondering what items does Eloqua charge customers for, and how is each item aggregated?

In particular, I understand that one of the things they charge for is contacts, but is that a maximum number of contacts for the month?

Also, if I signed up for 20000 contacts and deleted them right away, would that count?
