24D Request a New Position notification automically had Redwood Style applied

When reviewing the 24D Release Notes for Global Human Resources (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/24d/hure-24d/index.html), we did not see a reference to "Request a New Position" getting the Redwood Style applied to notifications. After 24D, this transaction notification has Redwood style applied to both in-app and email notifications. Has anyone else experienced the same? We may have missed it in the release notes and hoping someone can point us to documentation.
