BPA Approval Email - Add Change Details

Summary:

Is it possible to know what changed when a BPA approval email goes out? The approver doesn’t seem to be able to see the actual change details.

For example: did the total amount change? Did the items change? Did the item pricing change? This is typically captured in the notes, but it doesn’t show it in any of the details. Is this possible to display in the approval email?
