Issue with FBDI Journal Accruals Upload in Oracle Fusion

Summary:

We are facing an issue with uploading Journal Accruals through a spreadsheet/FBDI Template in Oracle Fusion.

Issue Details:

  • After uploading, a process ID is generated, and “Record inserted” messages appear for each journal line.
  • However, when we check the Journal Batch in the application, it shows partial information with some lines missing.

Steps Taken:

  • We verified the Journal Import Log and Interface data, but no errors were found.
  • We have raised a Service Request (SR) with Oracle, but there has been no progress.
