Filling Job Requisitions

We have a lot of older job requisitions which have never been moved to Filled (various reasons) we want to "tidy up" the requisitions to ensure that old ones are moved to filled as necessary and any that were never recruited to are closed down. However I am aware that notifications will be sent out to people when we move requisitions to filled. Obviously we could switch off the notifications to do the task but then if someone in the organisation is genuinely trying to send a notification it wont be sent. We could do this "out of hours" but
