Is there an alternative way to Journey in Oracle to manage employee career process?

edited Nov 13, 2024 11:49AM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Hello everyone,

I have a question. Our client asked us to manage a series of occasional interviews that take place once a year to monitor the employee's career process. These interviews are conducted by the manager.

To manage this case we thought of developing a journey with a questionnaire. This journey does not allow us to historicize the various interviews over time.

Would there be a way within the employee's profile to historicize his operations?

Could the employee have a section in Skills and Qualifications in his Employee's profile?

Thanks in advance,

Jole
