Succession planning based on Skills and Ratings

Hi All,

We create succession plans based on job, positions and incumbents and for each we select the candidates from pools or other sources. After selecting, we rank them based on the inputs from manager or plan owner.

Is there a way to rank the successors based on Skills or Ratings kind of parameters?
