How can we set up Development Goals in Redwood UI to let employees pick 2-3 of nine competencies?

edited Nov 13, 2024 1:10PM in Performance Management 1 comment

Hello Expert,

We are currently enabling the Development Goal section within Oracle Fusion, using the Redwood User Interface, to enhance employee development and better align with our organizational objectives. As part of this setup, we would like to provide a list of nine competencies within the Development Goal section, from which employees can select up to 2-3 competencies for their goals.

Could you please advise on the best way to configure Oracle Fusion in the Redwood UI to display a selectable list of competencies? Any guidance on setup or configuration steps would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support!
