How to retrieve necessary information of SRs from the new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal

The new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal was rolled out on 11-Nov-2024 and the SRs from the old My Oracle Service portal have been migrated to this new portal.

  1. Several essential fields are missing in the new SR export:
    a. Notably absent are the Severity, Opened, and Customer Ref. No. fields.
    b. Additionally, fields such as Last Updated, Support Identifier, and Account are also missing from the export file provided by the new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal.
  2. On the new portal, SR details can only be exported for a one-year date range at a time. Given we have SRs from previous years, exporting all raised SR details necessitates multiple exports with different date ranges.
