Is it possible to round values in compensation plan columns?

Hello experts,

we have enabled a column in the worksheet where the user can enter fixed values without decimals. However, we need to round values. For example, if the user enter 378 the system automatically should display 380, and in case they enter 302 the system should display 300 and so on for similar cases. Is it possible to achieve it?

If so, how can we do it?
