Exp Template field is not visible in the Mobile App

Summary:

Expense reports are working fine in the Oracle UI but in the Mobile App, the Expense Template field is not visible at all.

Issue usually observed on IOS.

We are able to reach the Expense Reporting Creation page but Template field is not visible. Hence can't proceed.

LBAC is not enabled.
