Mapping Item Category to receivables revenue accounting

Summary:

To utilize product costing category from PIM to derive the accounting for customer invoices

In the mapping set for receivables, we are trying to map item category. But we are not able to use the item product category in the Receivables for a mapping sets.

Would like to know of options or ways to bring the product costing category into receivables to derive the Invoice revenue accounting.
