To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Oracle Recruiting Digital Assistant - Question Functionality
Hi Everyone,
We've recently implemented both the Recruiting Booster and the Recruiting Digital Assistant, and we've set up company-level responses under "Response to Candidate Questions."
However, we're encountering some unexpected behavior. When we select "Questions" on a specific job requisition, we can ask the chat bot questions specifically related to that requisition. But if a candidate wants to shift focus and ask company-related questions, the chat bot continues to respond based on the requisition details. There doesn’t seem to be an option for the candidate to indicate that they'd like to move away from requisition-specific questions and ask about the company more generally or about other requisitions.
