IDR Invoice Assignee not visible once the Invoice Status changes from Incomplete to Not Validated

Summary:

IDR invoices iterfaced and when in status incomplete shows the Assignee details, but as soon as the Validation status changes from Incomplete to Not Validated or Needs Revalidation the Assignee Name disappears.

Can any one help why is this behaviour.
