Custom Mandatory DFF - Needing to default "Option A" for BU-1 and "Option B" for BU-2, BU-3, etc.

Hi,

The client has a custom field - project type - enabled as a mandatory field from within requisitions. They currently only use the projects module for a single business unit, so this field only needs to filled out for that BU. However the field is currently required for all their BUs seeing as it's been made mandatory. 

Given this field is required, the users of other business units are also forced to select a project type despite this not having any impact on them. This wastes a lot of time for their users. 

We are looking to have project type default to "OPEX" for 1 BU, and to default to "None" for all other BU's.
