Update Collections Summary data - why sometimes ending in Error?

Hi,

We have noticed that the below two processes sometimes end in Error status:

• Update Collections Summary Data: Add Delinquency Records to Collector Dashboard
• Update Collections Summary Data: Reset Delinquency Records for Collector Dashboard

We are not exactly aware what these processes are doing, hence cannot evaluate the impact in the system of an Error status.

Can you please explain what they do? I suppose they are triggered (maybe) by other processes?

We did not noticed them in the past, are they related to new releases?
