Cannot Edit Panel Header

Hello,

There is a panel header present on a few screens in our fusion application. On the employee's screen for Skills & Certifications as well as in Recruiting on the applicant information, one of the panel headers is misspelled as "Skillls" with an extra L. I've tried making changes to the panel header using the Page Composer tool, but when I'd edit the Title and hard code it to just say "Skills", it would overwrite multiple of the other headers as well.

If I use Page Composer to edit the properties of the "Skillls" header and hard code it to the correct spelling, it changes this for multiple of the boxes on this page. Normally the screen has headers for Certification, Language, Work History, Education, Skillls. If we'd correct Skillls (or any of those 5 headers) it will overwrite what are in ALL the other headers with what we hard code in with the corrected text.
