The HcmV2 skill its performanceGoals.view.others intent returns pending workers who are not assigned any goal plans and are considered direct reports with no goals. The issue affects only those pending workers who have an established line manager relationship.

Customers need an ODA Platform for SaaS (B91939) subscription to apply the hotfix to the delivered SaaS skill.
