How would you disable your sandbox replication

I have a message in the Sandbox management area in Eloqua that says "Sandbox Replication for certain sandboxes is currently disabled by the Administrator. Please try later".

I submitted an SR and they said they could not tell me who did this. I am the admin so I just need to know how to enable it.

Unfortunately, Is not possible for us to determine which user performed the change, please check internally with your customer admin
