Punchout Requisition in RSSP is not defaulting CPA

Summary:

We have a CPA set up for our Punchout vendor. The CPA is set up with the option to do automatic sourcing and punchout requests only. Our expectation is that the CPA would automatically get picked up on the req for that punchout.

In classic view, when lines are added to a requisition from a punchout catalog the line will by default be associated to the CPA. (Expected Result)

In RSSP, when lines are added to a requisition from the punchout catalog the lines are not associated to the CPA and we are not able to add the CPA manually to the lines.
