How to migrate Journey with Questionarrie from one POD to Another POD

Hello

Hope everyone is doing well!

We have created few Journeys in Development POD and now needs to migrate these to Test POD. These Journeys has questionnaires and fast formula in activation criteria. How we can migrate these Journeys to Test POD systematically. Also when we migrate these journey, do we need to update the value set and formulas again as the IDs for questions will change in Test POD?

Any help/pointers will be appreciated.
