Unable to Access Oracle Cloud Free Account Due to Broken 2FA Device and Expired Card
Hello,
I’m unable to access my Oracle Cloud Free Account because my 2FA device is broken, and the credit card linked to my account has expired. I now have a new card, but the old card details are no longer accessible. The support team advised me to post here for assistance, as they couldn’t verify my account without the original card details.
Can you please help me reset the MFA or suggest an alternative way to regain access to my account?
