REDWOOD: Are we able to hide expired Licences in the 'Licenses and Certifications' content section?
Summary:
Hi there,
REDWOOD: Is it possible to hide expired Licences in the 'Licenses and Certifications' content section for Talent Profile?
We have the need to keep expired licence/certification records in the event they are ever needed to be called upon for certain situations (Workers Comp claims, historical requirements etc), but is it possible to 'hide' these records from view in the Talent Profile, and still have the details appear for reporting purposes?
This would be similar to how the Classic UI was working in that only current records would show, but because as we have enabled the Redwood profile option all records are now showing which is causing issues/confusion for users.
