Adding Competency Goals to Development Goals Page for Employee Selection

Dear All,

I am currently working on configuring the Development Goals page in Oracle Fusion and would like to display a predefined list of competencies/suggested goals for employees to choose from. I’ve created these competencies/suggested goals in the item catalog, but I’m unsure how to link them directly to the Development Goals page so they appear as selectable options.

Could you please advise on the steps required to add a list of values for competencies in the Development Goal section? Screenshots or guidance on the setup process would be greatly appreciated!
