REDWOOD 24C Issue: Global Search - No Goal Center Action for HR admins
Summary:
Dear Team,
We have an issue with our client, their HR Teams cannot access the goals center of their employees who did not enter a goal in their goal plan.
The Navigation: "My Client Group » Goal » Performance Goals » Select Review Period, Worker and Goal Plan" only give access to the employee's goal center when there is at least one goal in the system for the user, if there are not, it is blank!
This normally can be resolved by using Global Search» Employee» Goal in RUI but we cannot see this in their environment for REDWOOD
However the 24D Demo has the Goals Center!
