How to request latest B_D workbook for a particular instance

Hi Team,

I had raised an SR to Oracle requesting for the latest B_D workbook for the Eloqua instance I am working on. And they had responded me with the below,

"Due to privacy and security of the customer we do not storage the workbooks, the files are purge after the SR was close"

So, is there any process change to request for the B_D workbook for a particular instance in Eloqua?
